  • After your order has been processed, please allow us allow us above mentioned working days for your order to arrive . (However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery.                                                                        
  • I ordered/ received the wrong product. Can I return it ?
    If your online order is not as expected, please contact us.                                                                           
  • How do I ship my order back to you?
    Notify us via  e-mail with your intention to return an item, and the reason for the return. If you suspect a manufacturer's defect, please send a photo of the defect via e-mail. Include your name, order number, proof of purchase, and indicate if you would prefer a refund or store  credit.                                                                                         
  • Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
    Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the looks you didn’t mean to order.                                                                                 
  • My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
    We make every effort to ensure that our merchandise is delivered in perfect condition. Occasionally, however, unpredictable events alter the expected outcome. Our team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order, issuing a refund or a credit note. You may contact our customer service team through live chat as soon as possible.

    Login to our website and click on 'my  account' at the top of the page. Click ‘View Orders’. This will show you  your order history.
